Many purchases made through our shop help support the charitable work of Allanton Peace Sanctuary in Scotland.
ORDER PROCESSING
Many of our products are handmade, made to order, or produced specifically for each customer.
Peace Poles are individually handmade and personalised to the customer's chosen languages and specifications. As a result, production times may vary.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the manufacture and delivery of Peace Poles.
Smaller items and merchandise are typically dispatched more quickly, although processing times may vary depending on stock availability and demand.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping destinations and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on postal services, courier companies, customs authorities, and other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
